Oh yes indeed, I truly recognize that we are living in a challenging time! With environmental, political, social, and financial uncertainty, and with our personal relationships and our own ever-changing physical health and wellbeing, it’s human nature to sometimes find ourselves valiantly resisting the temptation to stay in bed with our blankets pulled up over our head.
But we also know that when we live our lives with our hands open, palms raised to receive, and eyes and ears receptive, we are able to live fully in the present and open ourselves to new opportunities and ideas.
Always remember that the life force animates who you are. That force, that power, that quality of aliveness that causes the beating of your heart also animates life within and on the Earth. The force that enables the circulation within you is the same force that is facilitating the rotation of the Earth, the flow of the seasons, and all of the life cycles. And we are all fortified and sustained by this sharing of universal resources.
The universe has no limits. Changes can happen in an instant (changes we perceive as beneficial as well as changes we perceive as detrimental). Being open to embracing new opportunities is every bit as important as being able to successfully deal with challenges that arise. While we undoubtedly encounter cringeworthy problems, we also have mind-boggling potential for wonderful things to happen in an instant, or through our hard work and determination. We are living this thing called LIFE and it’s good. It’s all good. And we are all here to do the best we can do to be happy and loving humans.
My lifetime of working in the Akashic Records has graced me with an opportunity to communicate deeply with tens of thousands of students. The common thread for all of us is our desire to be happy and loved, and the best way to be happy and loved is to keep our hands open, palms raised to receive, and eyes and ears receptive to changes and opportunities that arise.
