Karen is a heart-based intuitive wellness practitioner, based in Hong Kong. She followed her heart and found her way to be trained as an Akashic Record Practitioner with Linda Howe and become a teacher of this method. She is also an experienced Sound Therapist and conducts regular group sound sessions and facilitates community drum circles, often for elderly and rehabilitating populations in Hong Kong. She is also an Add HeartMath practitioner, and meditation and mindfulness teacher. Karen’s passion is to empower others to shine in their own lives.
